Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.The ideal candidate has strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, enjoys end-to-end ownership, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologiesBuild scalable, reusable UI components using ReactDevelop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Node.js, or similar technologiesDesign and integrate RESTful APIs and backend servicesWork closely with product managers, UX designers, and translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure application performance, security, scalability, and reliabilityParticipate in architecture and design discussions; contribute to technical decisionsWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practicesReview code, mentor junior engineers, and uphold engineering standardsSupport production releases, troubleshooting, and on-call rotations as neededSkills: Required Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in full-stack software developmentStrong experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSSBackend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.jsStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.) \Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practicesExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testingSolid understanding of cloud-native application developmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScriptExposure to Next.js or modern frontend frameworksExperience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS)Background in retail, POS, or enterprise systemsSoft Skills Strong ownership mindset and accountabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to balance speed with qualityExperience working in agile / Scrum environmentsPassion for learning and improving engineering practices TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce Diversity.
