Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Description Job Description Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development with strong expertise in enterprise integration and distributed systems. Strong proficiency in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, JBoss EAP, and application performance tuning. Extensive experience with IBM MQ, REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and enterprise messaging architectures. Solid experience with Linux/Unix environments, Shell scripting, SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience troubleshooting thread dumps, heap dumps, memory leaks, JVM performance issues, and production incidents using tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana. Knowledge of airline operations, ACARS messaging, OOOI messages, flight planning, and SITA AIRCOM products is highly desirable. Experience with Red Hat Linux, AWS cloud services, container technologies, and Agile development methodologies is preferred. Develop and support REST/SOAP services, messaging workflows, and enterprise integrations involving ACARS, IBM MQ, XML, and JSON. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues while performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. Build, deploy, and maintain applications on JBoss EAP, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across production and non-production environments. Collaborate with airline operations, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and application optimization to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Support production releases, monitor application health, and participate in incident management and on-call activities for critical business systems Responsibilities The Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology. The scope for Developer (Core) is systems based on core technologies, while the scope for Developer (COTS) pertains to custom off the shelf systems. Developer (Niche) refers to niche technologies such as ecommerce systems and Specialty Development in sterminology refers to Mobility and TPF.
