Position Summary
Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python, API Development, and AWS Cloud to build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microservices, serverless architectures, containers, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask).Build cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Step Functions.Deploy and manage containerized applications on ECS/Fargate and EKS/Kubernetes.Implement event-driven architectures using SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.Design and optimize data solutions using RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redis/ElastiCache.Automate infrastructure using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or AWS DevOps tools.Implement monitoring, logging, security, and reliability best practices using CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, and OpenTelemetry.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills
