Job Overview We are seeking a SAP Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative IT solutions within our S/4HANA environment. Based onsite at our Holland, MI headquarters, this role will focus on building modern SAP applications and integrations using technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), RAP, REST services, and OData. The successful candidate will contribute to solution design, application development, system enhancements, and integration efforts across key SAP functional areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Materials Management, and Finance. Depending on experience and expertise, this individual may also play a larger role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and driving development best practices. Ideal candidates bring strong SAP technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that support business objectives. The position level and compensation will be determined based on the depth and breadth of a candidate's experience, leadership, and demonstrated expertise. Essential Functions Analyze business and user requirements and develop effective technical solutions.Design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications and integrations within the S/4HANA environment.Contribute to software architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making for complex initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Apply and promote software development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and development approaches that improve team effectiveness and solution quality.Partner with project teams to support planning, estimation, and delivery activities using agile development methodologies.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as appropriate based on experience and role level.Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
