About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer with strong expertise in Angular to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated web applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, and optimizing overall application performance, security, and accessibility. You will play a key role in modernizing legacy codebases by implementing current Angular features such as standalone components and Signals, thereby reducing technical debt and improving maintainability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-performance, scalable, and user-centric interfaces that meet modern standards and best practices. Qualifications 3-6 years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Angular ecosystem.Expert-level understanding of Angular, including framework lifecycle, dependency injection, and routing.Proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced types, generics, and decorators.Strong experience with RxJS, creating and managing complex observable streams for real-time data handling.Hands-on experience with NgRx, Angular Signals, or Elf for state management.Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and SCSS.Experience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries.Knowledge of testing frameworks like VITest, Jest, or Cypress.Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills using Chrome DevTools and Angular DevTools.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the modernization of legacy Angular codebases by implementing standalone components, Signals, and utilizing the latest Angular framework features to reduce technical debt and improve code quality.Design and develop scalable, high-performance user interfaces from scratch, ensuring architectural alignment with product goals and user needs.Conduct performance profiling to identify rendering bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness through advanced lazy loading, tree shaking, and change detection strategies.Refactor complex components to enhance maintainability, reusability, and scalability across projects.Develop and maintain state management architectures using NgRx, Angular Signals, or Elf to ensure consistent application state handling.Create complex asynchronous data streams utilizing advanced RxJS patterns for real-time data processing.Build responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using Tailwind CSS and SCSS, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.Extend and customize component libraries such as Angular Material to meet specific usability and functionality requirements.Mentor junior developers through detailed code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions.Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable explanations for non-technical stakeholders and document architectural decisions and best practices for frontend development.
