You’ll partner with Indigenous communities and stakeholders to strengthen employment and recruitment initiatives, leverage data to drive progress, and help build inclusive HR solutions that reflect Indigenous cultures, protocols, and worldviews. Responsibilities: Advance the design and implementation of Indigenous workforce development initiatives in support of Suncor’s Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and Journey of ReconciliationBuild and manage relationships with select Indigenous communities and develop collaborative goals in support of skills, employment, and training (SET)Track and report data, outcomes, and progress to internal governance bodies, Council, and senior executivesSupport Indigenous programs by identifying where new solutions are needed and supporting and/or leading their implementationIdentify and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective program deliveryProvide input to inform the Journey of Reconciliation, HR programs, and employee inclusion networksSupport other inclusion and diversity priorities as identified Location and other Key details: This is an office-based role.
