SiC and GaN Power Electronics .
Reliability & Lifetime Prediction .
Automation with Python .
Excels in worldwide team environments .
Qualifications
Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with modeling & simulation on power modules.
Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical) of Power Modules.
Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins .
