Title of Role –Hosting Platform Engineer Location – London, UK Employment Type - Fixed term contract (12 months duration) Job type - Hybrid Job Responsibilities: Manage OS, middleware, Java and application server patching, upgrades, security hardening and DR validation across UNIX/Linux environments. Key Responsibilities Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable. Required Experience 5-10 years Technical Skills RHEL, Solaris, AIX, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, WebLogic, JBoss EAP, OPatch, Java, JVM Tuning Preferred Skills Enterprise-scale operations experience, stakeholder management, automation mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
