Tech Stack C# .NET Framework / .NET Core ASP.NET Web API / ASP.NET Core SQL Server ADO.NET RESTful Services JSON Git MVC Architecture Dependency Injection Authentication & Authorization What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Build secure backend services that support enterprise software platforms Develop and enhance API endpoints, request validation, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling Apply MVC architecture and separation-of-concerns principles across application layers Integrate APIs with SQL Server databases and internal service components Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend services Troubleshoot issues related to API execution, data access, concurrency, and application performance Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing efforts, and architectural improvements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and coding standards Required Experience 3+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET Experience building applications using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core Strong understanding of MVC architecture, routing, middleware, dependency injection, and request lifecycle management Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs Proficiency working with HTTP methods, status codes, JSON serialization, and API best practices Experience with asynchronous programming, debugging, exception handling, and application logging Hands-on experience using ADO.NET for SQL Server data access Experience with stored procedures, transactions, parameterized queries, data readers, and database integration Understanding of secure coding principles and application security fundamentals Experience with source control using Git and collaborative development workflows Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications Experience developing high-availability or enterprise-scale applications Exposure to cybersecurity, endpoint management, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms Experience optimizing API performance and database interactions Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices Why Engineers Are Interested Work on products that solve real-world cybersecurity challenges Modern Microsoft development stack Collaborative engineering culture with strong technical mentorship Opportunity to work on highly scalable backend systems Direct impact on architecture, performance, and product innovation Clear growth path from mid-level to senior engineering roles ,
