Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
Manage and support enterprise datacenter infrastructure across, Windows Server, Unix, Vmware, Hyper VFSX-N on AWSAdminister and maintain high availability, scalability, and performance of datacenter systems.Perform vulnerability remediation activities across infrastructure platforms.Ensure systems comply with enterprise security policies and audit requirements.Manage patching activities for servers, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure components.Ensure adherence to stringent SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.Prepare management reports related to availability, incidents, compliance, and performance metrics.Required Skills & Experience
