Lead Java Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to guide full-stack engineering teams in building secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud applications. You will drive architecture and development across modern web tech (Angular), enterprise backend services (Java/Spring Boot), and cloud infrastructure (GCP). Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor engineers, establish architectural standards, and drive code/architecture reviews.Frontend (Angular): Spearhead responsive web app development, UI architecture, and state management patterns.Backend (Java/Spring Boot): Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and secure enterprise architectures.Cloud & DevOps (GCP): Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on GCP while championing CI/CD and automation.Agile Delivery: Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage technical roadmaps.Qualifications Must-Have Frontend: Expert in Angular (latest enterprise versions).Backend: Strong expertise in Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.Cloud: Hands-on experience designing cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Architecture: Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases.Culture: Strong background in Agile environments and mentoring developers.Good-to-Have Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Event-Driven Architectures.Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and enterprise ERP/CRM integrations.
