Senior Backend Engineer

About the RoleOur operations platform runs daily in a live, industrial field environment. As it grows from an internal platform to a commercial product, you'll build its operational backbone: the reliability, developer experience, and trust infrastructure that lets a small team ship fast on it without breaking it. You'll work directly with the Lead Platform Architect, who owns system architecture, the platform SDK, and acceptance standards. You own implementation, operations, and reliability within that architecture, and you'll have a real voice in where it goes: design changes move through written architecture decisions, and features ship against defined acceptance criteria on real project data.
