Senior Java Software Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a talented Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with a passion for building high-performance backend systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Agile development teams.Create automation scripts and tools where required. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on software development experience.Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17 preferred).Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.Experience with SQL databases and data modeling concepts.Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures.Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.Knowledge of NoSQL databases.Python or Shell scripting experience.Spring Cloud and CI/CD exposure.
