If you have experience within the electronics sector in a related role, apply now for an immediate response! The Job Youll Do: Analyse and understand customer and regulatory requirements. Carry out feasibility studies to determine most suitable topologies to meet requirements. Design and debug power electronic circuits, components and PCB assemblies for new product development and sustaining projects. Document generation, schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams, simulations, circuit design calcs. Design, setup and run tests to ensure the design meets specifications. Develop and apply new techniques, circuits and tests for product design. Maintain records and documentation on all designs, tests and analysis. Apply current techniques and tools to improve cost, design time, reliability, durability, and manufacturability. Work within a design team to complete assigned objectives. Troubleshoot circuits from prototypes, development, and customer returns. Participate in the preparation of development specifications. Assist other departments in the resolution of design related problems that arise during any phase of development or production. About You: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or similar 2+ years experience in electronics design or similar Experience of designing power circuitry Experience of gate drive circuits and technologies. Experience of designing low-voltage signal level control circuits Demonstrated knowledge of circuit analysis, simulation and design of experiments. Excellent interpersonal skills, including mentoring capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good documentation discipline for due diligence and design verification traceability Good understanding of Hazards and working safely Practical lab experience of electronic fault finding and use of test instrumentation.
