At Levande, you’ll lead complex retirement living developments in Melbourne, taking ownership of the commercial and delivery decisions that shape each project. Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle with a multidisciplinary team behind you. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful You are currently working as a Senior Development Manager and have delivered built-form projects valued at $80 million or more. Exposure to projects around $200 million will be highly regarded. You have led complex apartment or other built-form developments through construction. You can analyse Estate Master feasibility models, manage commercial and delivery risk, and lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence. You’re ready to take responsibility for projects at this scale from day one.
