Full Stack Independent Application Development – Training Cum Internship Location: United States Experience Level: Entry-Level / Internship Program OverviewWe are seeking motivated and technically curious individuals for a Full Stack Independent Application Development Training Cum Internship program. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to strengthen their full stack development skills through structured training, hands-on application development, and practical project experience. Participants will work on real-world development projects while learning how to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications. The program provides exposure to both frontend and backend technologies and encourages independent problem-solving and project ownership. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in structured full stack development training and technical learning sessions.Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.Build frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic.Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.Debug application issues and troubleshoot technical problems.Perform functional and basic performance testing.Use Git and version-control practices for application development.Collaborate with mentors, developers, designers, and other team members.Independently research solutions to technical challenges.Document application features, development processes, and technical decisions.Participate in code reviews and incorporate technical feedback.Contribute to improving application performance, security, and usability.Complete assigned development projects within agreed timelines. QualificationsBachelor's degree, diploma, or current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.Basic understanding of software development concepts.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Basic knowledge of frontend or backend development.Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar.Basic understanding of databases and SQL.Familiarity with Git or another version-control system is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn new technologies and development frameworks.Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Good written and verbal communication skills.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred SkillsExperience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or another frontend framework.Familiarity with Node.js, .NET, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, or similar backend technologies.Knowledge of REST APIs.Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with responsive web design.Personal, academic, freelance, or open-source development projects.
