Job Description The role: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic experienced Systems Design Engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor to the success of Client’s product, you will be part of a leading team to drive and improve Client’s abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry leading technologies to market. The Validation Architecture team fosters and encourages continuous technical innovation to showcase successes as well as facilitate continuous career development. The person: As a Systems Design Engineer ML/AI, you will drive balanced, scalable AI/ML validation solutions. In this high visibility position, your design and implementation will be necessary towards product development, definition, and root cause resolution. Key responsibilities: Driving technical innovation to improve Client’s ML/AI capabilities across validation, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross- functional technical initiativesDesigning and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problemsMonitoring and evaluating the performance of AI/ML models and making necessary improvementsDocumenting processes, models, and algorithms for future referenceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applicationsPreferred experience:Proficiency in system design, development, and validation methodologiesDeep understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practicesExperience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniquesAbility to develop and implement AI/ML models for system validation and optimizationKnowledge of AI/ML best practices and industry standardsExperience with AI/ML tools and librariesStrong understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniquesAbility to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineeringHands‑on experience designing and implementing LLM‑powered agents and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including prompt‑orchestration, tool‑calling, vector‑store indexing strategies, and evaluation of end‑to‑end agentic workflowsExperience in integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflowsStrong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to detailsMust be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completionAcademic credentials: Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering.
