They’re now looking for a Lead Agentic Systems Engineer to help bring the next generation of AI-powered capabilities into production.
This isn’t a role focused on training foundation models.
Instead, you’ll be solving one of the most exciting challenges in modern AI - turning emerging agentic AI capabilities into robust, production-ready product features that clinicians and therapists can trust.

What you’ll be doing
Designing and building production-grade agentic AI systems and intelligent workflowsTurning the latest advances in AI into practical product features that solve real user problemsBuilding AI systems that combine LLMs, tools, data and business logic to support clinical decision makingDefining guardrails, evaluation frameworks, monitoring approaches and human-in-the-loop workflowsImproving the reliability, scalability and cost-efficiency of AI-powered productsWorking closely with engineers, AI specialists, product teams and healthcare experts to bring new capabilities into production
What they’re looking for
A strong software engineering background with experience building production systemsHands-on experience with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude or GeminiExperience designing AI-powered products, agentic workflows or intelligent automation systemsA strong product mindset with experience turning AI capabilities into production features that solve real user or business problemsExperience building AI systems that are reliable, scalable, observable and safe enough for real-world deployment
