Senior Network Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to serve as a technical lead for an upcoming Carrier Grade lab migration, driving the physical and logical transition to new infrastructure with minimal disruption. 📍 Location: Dallas Metro Area 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% onsite. What You’ll Do: • Lead migration planning and execution for complex lab environments. • Design, translate, and validate configurations across Juniper, Cisco, and Nokia platforms. • Create as-built documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks. • Serve as the highest technical escalation point for network issues during migration. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, including senior-level responsibilities. • CCNP (Enterprise or Service Provider) or JNCIP (Enterprise or Security). • Deep operational expertise with Juniper SRX firewalls: Junos OS, security policies, NAT, IPsec VPNs, and chassis clustering. • Expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and MPLS, including BGP VPNv4. • Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills across Cisco and Juniper routers and switches. • Proven experience leading large-scale network migrations or infrastructure overhauls. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on design and deployment of Segment Routing fabrics and VXLAN overlay/underlay networks. • Operational experience with Nokia routers and switches. • Strong knowledge of IS-IS. • CCIE, JNCIE-SEC, or JNCIE-ENT certification. • Previous telco experience with Verizon, ATT, T-Mo or broadband carriers Interested?
