AI Developer – Hampshire Salary £35k-50k + benefits and hybrid working We are seeking an AI Developer / AI Analyst to identify, build, and implement practical AI solutions to improve efficiency across a growing business. The role will focus on increasing AI adoption, improving business processes and delivering measurable gains in efficiency. The AI Developer would work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams initially, to understand operational challenges and then design tailored, secure, scalable AI-enabled tools and automations. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test and deploy AI solutions and automated workflowsIntegrate AI capabilities with existing systems, data sources and APIs.Use generative AI, large language models and machine learning to solve business problems.Run demonstrations, workshops and pilots to encourage adoption with senior stakeholdersMeasure benefits such as time saved, improved accuracy, reduced cost and better service.Ensure solutions meet security, data-protection and responsible-AI requirements.
