Founding Software Engineer – Agentic Systems London | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Equity We're building next-generation AI systems and are looking for a strong software engineer with experience building agentic products to join the team at an exciting stage of growth. This is not a prompt engineering role. You'll be designing and building production software around LLMs working on agents that can reason, use tools, execute tasks and operate reliably in real-world environments. What you'll do Build and ship agentic AI systems into productionDesign backend architectures and scalable servicesWork across agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation and reliabilityIntegrate LLMs into robust software systemsMake decisions around data, state, permissions, observability and testingExperiment quickly and own problems from idea through to deploymentWhat we're looking for Strong software engineering fundamentalsSeveral years' experience building production softwareExperience building LLM-powered or agentic systemsStrong programming ability in Python, Rust, C++, Java or similarGood understanding of system design and architectureExperience with tools/frameworks such as LangGraph, MCP, Google ADK or similarPragmatic, high-agency approach to solving difficult problemsWe're much more interested in how you think and what you've built than whether you've used a particular framework.
