Full Stack Engineer

The Role You will join a cross-functional engineering squad, contributing primarily to front-end development while supporting backend initiatives when required. Develop and enhance customer-facing web applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.Build scalable, reusable, and high-quality software with a strong focus on user experience and performance.Work with React and modern state management approaches to deliver engaging digital products.Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow.Review, test, and improve AI-generated code to ensure high quality and maintainability.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver new features and improvements.Contribute to backend services within a microservices architecture when required.Participate in planning, estimation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.Support the development of secure, scalable, and operationally robust applications. Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience developing applications with JavaScript and TypeScript.Deep knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices.Demonstrable experience using AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools within a production environment.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing methodologies, and code quality.Experience working with APIs, including GraphQL.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development environments.Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean architecture.Experience producing technical documentation and working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.Exposure to backend development using Java or Kotlin is highly desirable.Knowledge of Spring Boot, microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is beneficial.Comfortable working across both front-end and backend development where needed.
