Job Title: Principal .NET Engineer – Service Delivery Manager Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite Job Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for a highly technical Principal .Net Engineer – Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of high-volume, business-critical production platforms for financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, Oracle, IIS, and CI/CD technologies. This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, enterprise application architecture, engineering governance, modernization, technical leadership, and stakeholder management. The selected candidate will own end-to-end application architecture and technology roadmaps while providing technical direction and mentoring engineers and technical leaders. Key Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience in software development for business-critical, enterprise-wide applications, architecture, and technical leadership.BS/BA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience preferred.Deep hands-on expertise across .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and C#.Expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and IIS.Experience with SOAP, JSON, XML, and log4net.Experience with build, deployment, and CI/CD tooling including uDeploy, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, and Groovy.Experience with Oracle and the ability to write and tune SQL queries.Proven experience owning application architecture and establishing engineering governance.Proven experience mentoring technical leaders and engineers.Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
