We’re looking for a Professional Services Engineer 1 to be part of making that happen.   Responsibilities Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Arctic Wolf solutions by customersAct as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as Security Services, Product Management and Customer Success to solve technical problems and propose new feature developmentPrimary technical resource for customers and partners during the deployment process, including technical troubleshootingEngage with multiple constituents at the customer organization – Business and ITPerform technical needs assessments of customer and/or partnersBe an advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement Perform other projects and responsibilities, as assigned Required Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experienceCCNA certification or equivalent with history of networking and routing experienceAptitude and desire for technical learning and growthStrong experience in customer facing implementation roles – customer advocateThe ability to multi-task: researching product capabilities, and balancing priorities for multiple projects and customers on a daily basis.A broad understanding of current IT infrastructure practicesExperience with Network Configuration and Security, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and Virtualization troubleshooting and configurationStrong background and hands-on experience with at least 2 or more of the following networking technologies (FW, switch etc): Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto or FortinetExperience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organizationWith current and in-depth experience in two or more of the following areasSmall to medium sized business environment networking practicesEndpoint deployment and management (Mac, Windows, Linux)Microsoft Active Directory (Group Policy, Server Administration, etc)Virtualization technologiesFirewall technologiesCloud Platforms – AWS, Azure, GCPFanatical devotion to customer service, business quality, and data securityAssist with developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organizationThe ideal candidate thinks out-of-the-box and energizes others with passion, quality and commitment.Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skillsThe ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is requiredThis is an in office position - candidates can sit in Eden Prairie, MN, San Antonio, TX, or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada - any are fine as we require team members work from a corporate officeSome travel may be required – up to 5%. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
