Java Software Engineer

Java Developer Location: GA, MA, and CA F2F Interview Mandatory Experience: 10–12 Years Primary Skills: Java, Python, React, Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, SQL Mandatory Skills Java / Core JavaPythonReactKafkaSpring Boot / Spring FrameworkMicroservicesMultithreading & ConcurrencySQL / Large-Scale DatabasesRole Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications and microservices.Build scalable, high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.Develop multithreaded applications and handle concurrency, synchronization, and performance tuning.Collaborate with frontend, backend, and data teams to define APIs and data models.Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and work with large databases.Work with Kafka and event-driven architectures.Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, and production support.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance.Follow security, reliability, and compliance best practices within financial services environments.Required Qualifications 10–12 years of professional software development experience.Strong Core Java expertise, preferably Java 8/11/17+.Strong understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, and performance tuning.Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.Strong Microservices Architecture experience.Strong Python development experience.Hands-on React experience for frontend development.Strong Kafka experience and understanding of event-driven architecture.Strong multithreading and concurrency knowledge.Advanced SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.Experience with large-scale databases and data structures.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong understanding of security, encryption, and compliance.Financial services experience is highly preferred, including Trading, Risk, Settlements, Market Data, or Regulatory Reporting.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Prior consulting or client-facing experience.Experience working in large enterprise or financial-services environments.Contributions to open-source or internal technology communities.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Interview Requirement F2F INTERVIEW IS MANDATORY.
