This team ensures that all the infrastructure our other internal technical teams work on continues to run smoothly. In addition, they provide the necessary automation to help us work efficiently.As a Software Engineer Intern, you will primarily work with Java & React.We provide an extensive onboarding and guidance period to teach you the ins and outs of the role!Key responsibilities· Help further develop our oVirt (open-source virtualization) platform. This platform is used by several companies within the team.blue group to run entire hosting clusters.· The platform consists of a robust backend and an accompanying web interface, which is used by our internal employees to manage virtual machines.· You will work with Java on the web interface, which contains a significant amount of built-in logic.· As this is an open-source platform (originally developed by Red Hat), you will also have the opportunity to contribute your work to the open-source community.· However, the main goal of the internship is to research the outdated GWT stack currently used within the project and identify an alternative, as well as partially develop it.
