Product Manager - Treasury & Enterprise Applications

Our mission is to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our enterprise Treasury product suite. The role sits at the intersection of Treasury, Finance, enterprise platforms and applied AI. You will be the key link between Treasury business needs and the product capabilities that support them, translating complex financial requirements into a clear product vision and roadmap. You will develop a deep understanding of how Treasury specialists work, where their time goes and what breaks, and use that insight to improve adoption, effectiveness and scalability across the Treasury ecosystem. AI is an important part of the future-state Treasury landscape. You will help identify where AI and automation can improve, simplify or strengthen Treasury processes, while ensuring that solutions are practical, appropriately controlled and aligned with the needs of a regulated finance environment. You will help shape the future-state Enterprise Applications ecosystem around FIS Quantum and related platforms, rather than simply reinforcing legacy systems and processes. Key Job Responsibilities and DutiesDefine the product strategy and roadmap for Treasury processes in line with the wider Booking Holdings Enterprise Applications and Finance strategiesBuild strong customer understanding by working with Treasury specialists to identify user needs, process pain points, data challenges and opportunities for improvementPartner with the business to identify and shape appropriate AI and automation opportunities that improve Treasury outcomes, reduce manual effort and support scaleTranslate business needs into clear product direction and priorities, working closely with Finance, data and engineering professionalsEnsure that AI-enabled capabilities are designed with appropriate data access, human oversight, auditability and control requirements in mindShape the future-state product and platform landscape, framing trade-offs between flexibility, standardisation, speed, cost and long-term adoptionEnsure the team is solving meaningful user and business problems, not just delivering technical componentsDefine and use outcome measures such as adoption, efficiency, cost reductions, quality and process improvement to guide product decisionsDrive collaboration and alignment across Treasury stakeholders globallyCreate clear ways of working, communication rhythms and decision-making practices that enable effective cross-functional and cross-location collaborationQualifications & SkillsA minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Manager role; enterprise or platform product management experience is a strong plusAbility to define and drive a clear product vision and translate that vision into priorities and roadmap decisionsWorking knowledge of AI and Machine Learning capabilities, with the ability to identify where they can create practical value and where they are not the right solutionExperience working with AI- or ML-enabled capabilities, automation or data-driven products is a strong plusFamiliarity with the Treasury technology landscape, including FIS Quantum or a comparable Treasury Management System, is a strong plusProven experience in Treasury, including multi-entity and multi-currency environmentsUnderstanding of regulated financial processes, in-house banking, trading on behalf, hedging, is a strong plusExperience working on system design, platform interfaces or other integration-heavy systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, with the ability to use data to inform decisionsExceptional and confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex senior stakeholder dynamics and constructively challenge expert perspectives.Demonstrates strong organizational awareness with the ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across a complex multi-brand and global landscapeExperience working within matrixed, ambiguous environments and understanding of the Treasury dynamics within the broader Enterprise Fintech ecosystemSolid understanding of agile software development processes and technologies for effective collaborationAbility to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbalBenefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal RelevanceBooking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
