This is achieved through conducting regulatory and internal compliance assessments to confirm that internal operations adhere to company policies, business procedures, and all applicable state compliance requirements. This role involves partnering with business leaders and operational teams to review and collaborate on updates to internal procedures, remediate identified gaps and risks, and perform both internal and external audit functions. Additionally, the Funding Compliance Administrator maintains organized tracking systems to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance-related matters. The role will also be responsible for performing additional funding-related activities as required by the department, including Funding Deals within the Specialty Queues and providing support across various operational queues to promote optimal departmental efficiency.Responsibilities:Conduct internal and external compliance assessments and audits to verify adherence to company policies, business procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify, document, and remediate compliance gaps and process inefficiencies. (50%)Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters and provide guidance to team members and management as needed. (20%)Perform funding related activities across various operational queues as needed including Remarketing Balloon refinances and Lease Extensions. (20%)Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to review, update, and enhance internal procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. (10%) QualifikationenQualifications:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:Audit: 1 yearsBusiness-General: 2 yearsFunding: 1 yearEducation:High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
