To grow our Civil and Structural team, we are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join us. Working on infrastructure projects you will co-create on some of the most prestigious programmes in the UK. You will also be supported by our engineers on your on-going professional development (Chartership) with a tailored plan to fulfil your career aspirations. Your key responsibilities will be: Producing engineering designs, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with project requirements.Performing analysis using computer modelling; creating, reading, and interpreting technical material.Translating engineering concepts and solutions into presentations, reports, sketches, drawings, and infographics that communicate their essence and demonstrate their value to our clients and key stakeholders.Contributing to the dissemination of engineering good practice and implementation of our in-house tools such as the carbon calculation tool.Learning to identify potential health & safety, design, and commercial risks on our projects and contribute towards mitigating them.Delivering your own work to a high technical standard, ensuring accuracy through a diligent and thorough approach to self-checking.Attending site visits or client meetings. On top of that, you will have: A bachelor's or master's degree either in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc).Aspirations to become a Chartered Engineer. Some experience of working in an engineering environment (such as a year in industry or summer placements).A demonstrable understanding and interest in engineering and a personal commitment to technical excellence.Ability and willingness to work in a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.Good communication skills and teamwork.
