🚀 Applied AI Engineer | UK / Europe | Fully Remote | 7+ Positions We are working with a fast-growing UK technology company that is hiring multiple Applied AI Engineers to build and scale the AI infrastructure behind its property-management platform. This is not a traditional ML or Data Science role. They’re looking for strong backend/software engineers who have hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and agentic AI systems into production. What you’ll be doing: • Build and scale production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems • Develop multi-step agents, sub-agent orchestration and tool use • Build structured outputs and reusable AI workflows • Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops • Improve AI systems across latency, reliability, cost and hallucination rates • Help scale AI infrastructure as the business continues to grow • Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and own new initiatives • Have significant influence over architecture and how AI systems are built What they’re looking for: • 3+ years of software engineering experience • Strong backend engineering background • Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agentic systems in production • Experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, task decomposition and structured outputs • Strong understanding of production challenges around evaluation, reliability, latency and cost • Python experience • TypeScript/Node.js experience • PostgreSQL experience • CS or related technical degree • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership Tech stack: Python | TypeScript | Node.js | PostgreSQL | LLMs | Agentic AI 📍 Fully remote across the UK & Europe 🇬🇧 UK working hours 💼 Full-time 🚀 7+ positions available 📈 High-growth AI company with significant engineering ownership The engineering team is still relatively small, meaning you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact rather than joining a large, established engineering organisation.
