Graduate Software Engineer (C/C++) - Weybridge / Hybrid - Permanent I am recruiting a Graduate Software Engineer for a client of ours in the Weybridge area. The company works the hybrid model - with 1 day onsite, 4 days home working. A solid background in C++ is required – exceptional graduates will be considered. Responsibilities: Development and test of C++ client code in a multitasking embedded environmentDesign software to meet customer and internal requirements, defining interfaces to other systemsDelivery of user stories and epics, contributing to features, using agile planning and tracking techniquesImplement automated tests that run CI/CD pipelineContinually contribute to improve the products and solutions efficacy, performance and stabilityUse of data, logging and metrics in kibana and grafana to measure quality, identify trends and isolate problemsTroubleshoot incidents on live customer deployments and supporting customers Personal Attributes: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related subjectExcellent Knowledge of applying C/C++ in a multitasking embedded environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsA real team player with great communication and interpersonal skillProven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex systemWell organized, with attention to detailsCM systems, especiallyGITSoftware architecture and designUse of simulators, compilers and debuggers on embedded systems If this exciting opportunity could be of interest - please contact me ASAP to discuss further.
