What you will do Build and deploy multimodal, agentic AI systems in production.Scope customer needs, design solutions, write code, integrate systems, and improve results after launch.Develop AI agents for claims workflows using prompt engineering, model integrations, and AI-assisted coding tools.Integrate the platform with customer environments through APIs and other systems.Serve as a primary technical contact for customers and explain technical decisions clearly.Partner with applied AI and core platform engineers to improve deployments and document what the team learns. What we are looking for Two to five years of experience in a technical role using Python, including building and shipping production code.Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.Experience working directly with customers or in a product-oriented engineering role.Experience in a startup, founding environment, or fast-paced technology company.Strong communication skills and a STEM degree.
