Required Skills: Must-Have Skills: 13+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on Python development experience. Strong React.js experience for frontend development. Experience building full-stack applications from scratch. Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL/database development, and cloud environments. Mandatory Insurance or Financial Services domain experience. Experience with designing application architecture, developing APIs, database integration, frontend components, testing, and deployment. Must have experience taking a product/application from initial requirements/design through development and production, rather than primarily enhancement or maintenance work.
