Location : US Remote Position Overview As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will provide technical leadership to a distributed engineering team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. You will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, ensuring delivery commitments are met, and maintaining alignment with our overall architecture, engineering standards, and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead, Oversee and manage the offshore development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality code delivery. Assess, Evaluate and Hire new offshore team members to build and maintain a strong technical workforce. Actively contributes to development efforts while leading by example in coding standards and best practices. Conduct in-depth code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and performance. Monitor and track progress, ensuring offshore deliverables are on time Ensure technical alignment of offshore development efforts with overall team and architecture Must-Have Skills 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and Java Spring Boot for back-end services. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing remote or offshore teams. Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Test-Driven Development (TDD) expertise, ensuring robust and maintainable code. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered coding assistants. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber. Knowledge of cloud-native application development, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
