🚨 We're Hiring: L3 Linux Administrator – WebSphere & Ansible 📍 Location: Toronto, ON 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week in person at the Toronto office preferred 💼 Experience: 8–10 Years 🔧 Level: L3 🌐 Domain: Digital / Infrastructure 🔹 About the Role We are looking for an experienced L3 Linux Administrator with strong expertise in Red Hat Linux, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Ansible Automation, and Configuration as Code (CaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting mission-critical production environments, enterprise middleware platforms, infrastructure automation, and large-scale IT environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Administer and support RHEL servers across Production, DR, and Non-Production environments. • Perform OS installation, patching, upgrades, security hardening, and performance tuning. • Troubleshoot Linux, storage, filesystem, networking, and security issues. • Install, configure, administer, and support IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS/WAS ND). • Manage application deployments, clustering, node synchronization, and JVM tuning. • Support IBM HTTP Server (IHS), plugin configurations, SSL certificates, and middleware integrations. • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot WebSphere production incidents. • Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation frameworks. • Implement Configuration as Code (CaC) practices to standardize environments. • Automate server provisioning, patching, middleware deployments, compliance checks, and configuration management. • Use Git-based workflows to maintain configuration consistency across environments. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, SRE, and security teams. • Contribute to deployment pipelines, incident response, recovery plans, and infrastructure optimization. 🔹 Must-Have Skills ✅ Red Hat Linux Administration (RHEL) Advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, security hardening, and production support. ✅ IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS/WAS ND) Installation, administration, clustering, deployment, and middleware troubleshooting. ✅ Ansible & Configuration as Code (CaC) Automation, configuration management, playbook development, and infrastructure standardization. 🔹 Good to Have • Git / GitHub • Jenkins & CI/CD • ServiceNow / ITSM • Monitoring & Observability Tools 🎯 If you have strong L3 production support experience across Linux, WebSphere, and Ansible, we'd love to hear from you! 📩 Interested?
