Senior CRM Developer

CRM Developer Optomi, in partnership with a leading manufacturer of building products, is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for their Johns Creek, GA location! You'll design, customize, integrate, and support a Dynamics 365 CE environment using Dataverse, C#/.NET, and the Power Platform, while supporting production systems and acquisition-related CRM migrations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and hands-on Power Apps, Power Automate, and data migration experience, preferably in an agile environment. Owning complex Dynamics 365 development from design through production.Building custom CRM functionality rather than only performing configuration.Developing integrations between Dynamics and major enterprise applications.Working with C#, .NET, APIs, Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.Solving complex production and integration problems.Participating in architecture and technical design decisions.Supporting large-scale data migration and CRM consolidation initiatives.Working directly with business stakeholders and seeing the impact of their solutions.Working in a large enterprise environment supporting multiple business units. Experience of the right candidate: The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience with deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE.They should have strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including personally building plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and integrations.The strongest background will also include enterprise API integrations, Azure integration technologies, SQL/data management, Dynamics data migrations, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, production troubleshooting, and moving solutions through multiple environments.This is not primarily a CRM administrator or functional consultant position; the candidate needs to be a strong technical Dynamics developer. Responsibilities of the right candidate: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and server-side integrations.Customize Dynamics entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and model-driven applications.Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and business process workflows.Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Dataverse APIs.Integrate Dynamics with ERP platforms, customer portals, eCommerce systems, and other enterprise applications.Support CRM data migrations, business acquisitions, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and CRM consolidation.Extract, transform, validate, and load CRM and operational data.Configure Dynamics security roles, business units, teams, and field-level security.Deploy solutions across Development, Test, and Production environments.Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and root-cause analysis.Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.Manage source control and deployments through Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Support system performance, security, governance, upgrades, release management, and testing.Create technical documentation, coding standards, and deployment procedures.
