We're looking for a design engineer with a passion for product development to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll help bring innovative products to life — developing creative mechanical solutions, building functional prototypes, and guiding designs from concept through production.
You'll work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team on projects that call for both creative thinking and practical engineering execution.
Responsibilities
Design and develop new products and conceptsApply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure efficient productionDevelop and prototype mechanisms and assembliesWork with materials including wood, metal, and plastics (plastics, metals, and wood)Manage projects from concept through productionCollaborate with engineering, and manufacturing teamsCommunicate design intent through 3D CAD, 2D sketches, and documentationQualifications
7+ years of mechanical or product design engineering experienceAdvanced 3D CAD skills, especially SolidWorks and PDMStrong experience with DFM and prototypingKnowledge of materials and manufacturing processesExperience developing mechanical mechanismsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHigh level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentPreferred / Bonus Skills
