Company - Amazon Location- USA, TX, Austin | USA, CA, Cupertino Application Instructions - You will be redirected to the company page to complete the application via CyOpsPath Job Directory Qualifications Strong foundation in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software, including experience working with microcontrollers or embedded platforms.Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design, with an understanding of common design patterns and version control tools.Ability to perform effective Debugging and troubleshooting in embedded environments, using appropriate tools and methodologies.Familiarity with C/C++ or similar low-level programming languages, and basic knowledge of RTOS or embedded Linux is beneficial.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.Comfort working remotely, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in distributed teams.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and tools relevant to embedded systems.Prior project experience in embedded systems, IoT, or hardware-software integration is a plus but not required.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience in embedded development in C/C++ - Knowledge of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing principles - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - 3+ years of embedded firmware development experience
