Start: ASAP Assignment type: B2B Summary: The Senior Platform Engineer designs and builds a global Digital Trust Platform to meet digital identity needs across borders and deliver a seamless user experience. Responsibilities: Think deeply about systems — their edge cases, failure modes, and life cycles to craft robust yet manageable solutions.Work closely with product owners to design systems that speed time-to-market for user-friendly features.Champion and practice DevOps best practices.Offer mentorship on designing and implementing platform-level solutions.Help define the platform and technology roadmap. Must Haves: Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable services.Proficient in managing and debugging distributed services.Expertise in cloud services (Kubernetes, Istio, cert-manager, Open Policy Agent).Well-versed in Cloud PaaS (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).Ability to work with high-volume transaction environments. Nice to Have: Experience with DevOps best practices.Knowledge of performance, reliability, security, scalability in service design.
