About The Role As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy mobile solutions that improve Bolt’s user authentication platform and make sign-in experiences seamless and secure for millions of customers. You’ll work primarily with Swift and iOS technologies, building and evolving authentication experiences and SDK integrations across Bolt apps. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, Product Managers, and other internal stakeholders to shape scalable mobile solutions that meet real user and business needs. Bolt engineers have a strong product mindset, so you’ll have the opportunity to drive impactful product initiatives from idea through to measurable results. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy iOS solutions that improve Bolt’s user authentication flows.Build a deep understanding of our products, end users, and the business metrics they influence, contributing ideas and constructive feedback to the product roadmap.Collaborate with backend, mobile, and product teams to design reliable integrations between iOS applications, APIs, and authentication services.Lead features and initiatives from early discovery through to launch, ensuring they create a positive and validated impact for end users.Work closely with Product to break down scope and deliver meaningful improvements incrementally.Share your knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and by promoting strong mobile engineering practices within and beyond the team. About You You have experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications, with strong knowledge of Swift and modern iOS development practices. Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) would be a plus.You thrive in environments with fast customer-feedback cycles and bring empathy for the end user to your technical decisions.You use data to guide decisions and are comfortable testing product hypotheses to understand their impact.You take ownership of initiatives from start to finish, including monitoring their success after release.You are experienced in designing maintainable mobile architectures and integrating applications with APIs and backend services.You have strong principles around writing clean, simple, secure, and maintainable code, along with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
