Description

Christopher Ali are recruiting for a VC backed, expert led AI-driven med-tech startup who are on the lookout for a Full Stack Developer. Your role will be to ship features from data models and API's to polished interfaces on a modern stack, shoring up the foundations as you go. working directly alongside the founders and real customers you'll be at the forefront of applied AI: Think agents, tool use, MCP and retrieval system's that turn huge amounts of data into tech for good that will genuinely impact peoples lives for the better. Tech Stack: Front end Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, Typescript, TailwindCSS 4 Back end Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL Data and Infrastructure AWS, PostgreSQL/RDS, OpenSearch, Docker AI and Integration LLM API's, Retrieval and Embeddings, MCP, External API's Experience you will need: At least 5 years commercial engineering, ideally in a startup environmentExtensive experience with Python and TypeScript/ReactEnd-to-end ownership of production web appsSound architecture and testingComfortable with autonomyExperience working with AI coding tools extensively to move faster while applying strong engineering judgement to what gets shipped.
