Director, Clinical Development – Dermatology (Hybrid, Greater Boston) An innovative clinical-stage biotech is looking for a Director of Clinical Development to lead its dermatology programs. This is a high-visibility role with ownership of clinical strategy and execution across multiple programs in areas of significant unmet need. What you'll do Lead clinical development strategy and execution for dermatology programs, from early phase through proof-of-conceptDesign protocols, endpoints and development plans, and serve as medical lead on studiesOversee medical monitoring, safety review and data interpretation with clinical operations, biostatistics and regulatoryContribute to regulatory interactions and submissionsBuild relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators What we're looking for MD, PhD or PharmD with a strong clinical development backgroundIndustry clinical development experience in dermatology, including hands-on study leadershipExperience with novel therapeutic modalities is a plusComfortable in a lean, fast-moving biotech environment Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in the Greater Boston area.
