Senior DevSecOps Implementation Engineer

YOUR ROLE: Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to prioritize work, estimate effort, and plan sprint‑level deliverables. Coordinate and lead software Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility, scalability, and applicability of solutions. Partner with Program Management and Product teams to track feature development, dependencies, and milestone execution. Identify, evaluate, and actively mitigate project risks; escalate issues when required and drive resolution. Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and delivery frameworks. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Support onboarding scalability and delivery excellence within the SW Performance organization. Use GitHub as a central source code platform, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and quality enforcement. Design and maintain GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines  Coordinate and lead software Proof‑of‑Concepts to validate feasibility, scalability, and applicability of solutions. Drive adoption of successful POC outcomes into production projects and organizational standards. Support scalable onboarding of teams and projects through automation, repository templates, and best practices. YOUR BACKGROUND Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience delivering complex, international technical or software projectsDemonstrated ownership of business targets, project execution, and delivery outcomes Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed engineering organization Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) Very good knowledge of Git and GitHub.
