The ideal candidate will combine strong Pega implementation experience with front-end development and UX leadership skills. You will work on designing and implementing modern user experiences within Pega Case Management, integrating custom React-based front ends, microservices, databases, and other bespoke components. This role requires a candidate who can operate across UX consulting, UI development, Pega Case Management, and low-code engineering. Key Responsibilities UX Consulting & Design Leadership Lead UX discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Analyse business processes and user journeys to identify opportunities for experience improvement. Develop UX strategies aligned with business and customer objectives. Create: Personas Customer journey maps Wireframes Prototypes Interaction designs Define UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governance for Pega applications. Drive adoption of design systems and reusable component-based experience frameworks. Present UX recommendations and design solutions to business and technical stakeholders. Pega & UI Development Design and develop modern user interfaces using Pega Constellation and DX API. Build custom user experiences using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs. Develop reusable UI components and front-end frameworks integrated with Pega. Extend Pega out-of-the-box functionality through custom React applications. Integrate React front ends with Pega Case Management and workflow solutions through DX APIs. Develop responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user experiences. Collaborate with Pega architects and developers throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. Develop headless front ends according to the solution architecture. Develop and integrate bespoke UI components with Pega Case Management solutions. Perform low-code engineering within Pega Case Management. Pega Case Management & Integration Model and design Pega Case Management solutions. Integrate Pega Case Management with bespoke components, including: Microservices Front-end applications Databases REST APIs Develop UI components within Pega Case Management. Integrate custom UIs with Pega workflows and case-management functionality. Support the development of modern, scalable Pega-based applications. Geo-Application Development Contribute to the development of geo-applications where required. Work with technologies such as map servers and/or OpenLayers. Integrate geographical and mapping capabilities into front-end and Pega solutions. Essential Skills & Experience 10–12+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega implementation projects. Minimum 3 years of experience with Pega Constellation and DX API. Minimum 4 years of ReactJS front-end development experience. Strong experience with: Pega Constellation Pega Case Management DX API ReactJS JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 REST APIs Experience developing modern/headless front ends. Experience integrating React applications with Pega. Experience developing and integrating bespoke UI components. Experience with low-code engineering within Pega. Experience modelling and designing Pega Case Management solutions. Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI development. Dutch speaking and writing proficiency is mandatory. Desirable Skills Experience with Pega DCM (Digital Customer Management). Experience developing geo-applications. Experience with OpenLayers or similar mapping technologies. Experience integrating Pega with microservices and databases. Experience working with design systems and reusable component frameworks. Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX governance. Experience working in complex enterprise environments. Experience leading UX discovery and design-thinking workshops. Pega certifications are advantageous.
