Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors Location: Charlotte, NC Position Summary This position requires an accomplished, hands-on DevOps Engineer with more than seven years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, modernizing release processes, and migrating DevOps platforms. The successful candidate will design, build, configure, and support enterprise delivery solutions for Java, .NET, Python, database, and Hadoop applications across traditional and cloud-native environments, with strong expertise in Jenkins, Ansible, XLR, GitHub Actions, automation frameworks, secrets and certificate management, and enterprise deployment platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain CI/CD workflows, naming conventions, approvals, security controls, and artifact management. • Enable application teams to adopt CI/CD capabilities, reducing manual effort • Execute migrations from Digital.ai Release (XLR) to Harness and from Bitbucket-based pipelines to GitHub Actions. • Build and maintain multi-branch pipelines, reusable workflows, shared libraries, templates, and standardized deployment frameworks. • Implement consistent Git branching, pull request, release management, and environment-promotion practices. • Troubleshoot pipeline, package, dependency, deployment, and environment issues from end to end. Integrate automated testing, SonarQube quality gates, security scanning, approval workflows, secrets management, and artifact repositories into delivery pipelines. • Automate deployment, validation, rollback, and release-verification activities across supported application platforms. • Work with development and release management teams to migrate applications, resolve deployment issues, and support releases. Required Qualifications · Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines. · Practical expertise in Harness, Digital.ai Release (XLR), and GitHub Actions, including platform and pipeline migrations. · Experience building reusable workflows, shared libraries, pipeline templates, multi-branch strategies, and enterprise Git solutions. · Working knowledge of release orchestration, deployment automation, rollback strategies, workflow approvals, and CI/CD controls. · Experience integrating automated testing, code coverage, SonarQube quality gates, static analysis, and security scanning into delivery pipelines. · Experience configuring Vault-based secrets management, credential rotation, and secure secret injection. · Ability to support Kerberos authentication and keytab management for Hadoop, distributed applications, and secure service-to-service communication. · Experience automating certificate provisioning, renewal, truststore management, and PKI integrations for secure application deployments. · Strong scripting skills in Groovy, Python, Bash, and PowerShell. · Experience configuring artifact repositories, including Artifactory or Nexus, and using automation tools such as Ansible. · Experience deploying and supporting Java, Python, .NET, database, and Hadoop applications across WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS, and container platforms. · Strong troubleshooting skills across application deployments, delivery pipelines, infrastructure, and platform services. · Hands-on exposure to Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools. · Ability to build custom monitoring and automation utilities for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, application availability, and operational metrics. · Experience with one or more container and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift ABOUT US: Anagh Technologies is a technical consulting firm specializing in UI, Front-End, and Full-Stack web technologies.
