You’ll be the go-to DevOps engineer supporting five SaaS engineering teams building AWS-native, serverless applications. You’ll own CI/CD, infrastructure automation, security, and reliability — and you’ll be trusted to fix what needs fixing without being told. You will drive the DevOps road map. Pipelines need improvement. Some need to be rebuilt from scratch. Legacy systems need modernization. Automation needs to be taken further. You’ll lead that transformation. Responsibilities Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines across multiple engineering teamsDesign and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform (or OpenTofu)Rebuild parts of the pipeline where neededPush automation deeper into everything — builds, deployments, security, monitoringMigrate older systems to modern cloud architecturesPartner directly with software engineersMake technical decisions and explain the “why” behind themImprove reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiencyStep in and solve problems instead of waiting for tickets This is a role for someone who sees what needs fixing and just fixes it. This role needs deep, hands-on AWS DevOps skill. You should bring: 6+ years building and operating AWS infrastructureStrong scripting (Bash required, Python a big plus)Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormationReal CI/CD experience (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or similar)Deep understanding of AWS services in productionSaaS platform exerienceStrong automation mindsetSecurity awareness (IAM, WAF, KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, etc.)Comfort working across multiple engineering teams Engineers from startups or mid-size product companies usually thrive here.
