Senior Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead

📍 Riga, Latvia | On-site 💼 Full-time 💰 From €4,500 gross/month 📈 Growth path: Team Lead → CTO We’re supporting a growing technology company in Riga in hiring an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead to take ownership of its software development projects and lead a small development team. The company develops e-commerce platforms, payment-related solutions and digital products, and is looking for a strong hands-on developer who can independently make technical decisions, build solutions from concept to production, and gradually take on broader technical leadership. This is not a purely managerial role — we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys coding, solving technical challenges and building products, while also being ready to guide other developers. What You’ll Do • Own the full software development lifecycle — architecture, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance • Develop new e-commerce, payment-related and digital solutions • Build backend functionality primarily with Python and contribute to frontend development • Develop and maintain payment provider and third-party API integrations • Review and improve existing codebases for quality, reliability and scalability • Integrate existing AI APIs into business applications and analytical tools • Take ownership of technical decisions and project delivery • Guide and support a small development team • Work with Jira and Confluence for development management and documentation What We’re Looking For • Strong professional experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Senior Software Developer • Strong hands-on Python development experience • Experience in e-commerce or fintech • Practical experience with payment solutions and integrations • Strong knowledge of APIs, system architecture and third-party integrations • Experience with WordPress development and customization • Ability to independently take a solution from architecture to production • Experience integrating third-party AI APIs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Readiness to combine hands-on development with technical leadership Why Join? ✓ Salary from €4,500 gross/month, with flexibility depending on expertise ✓ Clear growth path from Team Lead to CTO ✓ Significant technical independence and ownership ✓ Opportunity to influence architecture and technical decisions from day one ✓ Office in the centre of Riga ✓ Health insurance after the probation period Learn more: https://consideritfound.com/open-vacancy/senior-full-stack-developer-team-lead/ Interested in taking ownership of technology rather than simply working through a task list?
