You'll take charge of a DevOps and automation function inside a Tier 1 bank, leading the team day to day while owning the strategy and roadmap.
This is a lead-from-the-front seat: people management, direction, and pushing the automation agenda, rather than sitting in the pipelines yourself.
The estate is Azure-first, roughly 80%, with some AWS in the mix, and there's a clear CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code agenda to drive.
