Locatie: Eindhoven Salary: €5.879 - €7.349 Endurance Lead Engineer As Endurance Lead Engineer, you join a team that tests our best-in-class engines and aftertreatment systems for durability, reliability and performance under all conditions. Within the Verification department, you plan and report on Systems Verification activities in our engine and aftertreatment development projects. Your responsibilities Own the endurance test plan, and keep it maintained and up to date so it meets all milestones and deadlinesFollow the progress of verification tests, often daily, and answer the technical questions that keep them movingMake verification procedures more efficient, using expert input from the teamMonitor the quality and status of the relevant Key Performance IndicatorsPrioritize and plan verification activities, and adjust the planning when things get disruptedReport on status to stakeholdersReview test plansYou work closely every day with colleagues from the Global Engine Engineering and Integration teams, the Global Powertrain Validation team, and the Engine Test Centers in Eindhoven and North America. You report to the Supervisor Engine Systems Verification. You also align daily with the other Line Leads, Coordinators and the Project Lead Engineer(s). Its engineers work at a state-of-the-art Engine Test Center in Eindhoven and at our Technical Center near Seattle. Together, we verify our future combustion engine platforms against upcoming emissions and on-board diagnostics legislation.
