🚀 Hiring: AI Solutions Architect – Sovereign AI 📍 Location: Belfast, UK 💼 Employment: Permanent 🏢 Domain: Telecommunications (Telecom) 💰 Salary: Market Rate We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on AI Solutions Architect with proven experience designing, building, and operating Sovereign AI platforms within telecommunications, government, or other highly regulated environments. 🔑 Key Responsibilities & Skills • Design and architect end-to-end Sovereign AI platforms covering infrastructure, data, security, model lifecycle, governance and AI applications. • Define AI reference architectures, deployment blueprints and AI modernisation roadmaps. • Deliver and operationalise NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NIM microservices and GPU-accelerated AI platforms. • Design production-scale LLM inference, RAG, Agentic AI and domain-specific AI solutions. • Architect solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, model serving, vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks. • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, containers, GPU infrastructure and cloud-native AI platforms. • Apply AI across telecom use cases including Network Operations, Service Assurance, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, autonomous networks and network digital twins. • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS, fixed & mobile networks, network cloud infrastructure, security operations and telecom data/AI platforms. • Ensure solutions align with TSA requirements, data sovereignty, critical national infrastructure security, risk management and AI governance. • Provide technical consulting and advisory support to senior executives, engineering teams, regulators and government stakeholders. • Lead technical teams, mentor engineers and drive adoption of AI technologies across large-scale telecom environments. ⭐ Preferred Experience • 10+ years of relevant architecture/AI/platform experience. • Experience delivering Sovereign AI, National AI Platform or Trusted AI initiatives. • Experience in government, defence, public sector or highly regulated industries. • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software libraries, NVIDIA AI Enterprise and GPU-based AI deployments. • Experience with secure, air-gapped or highly regulated environments. • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management and Responsible AI frameworks. • Experience with Digital Twins, Smart Cities or National Digital Infrastructure programmes. • Experience with accelerated computing, GPU optimisation and AI infrastructure platforms. • Prior AI consulting or technology advisory experience is highly desirable. • MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or a related technical discipline is preferred. 🎯 Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in architects who can demonstrate real-world, hands-on delivery of Sovereign AI platforms, rather than candidates with only theoretical GenAI or enterprise architecture exposure. 📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated CV / connect with us for further details.
